Regain access to your KasLens account.

Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, you can request a password reset link.

Step 1: Go to the Password Recovery Page

Visit kaspa-lens.com/auth/recover or click "Forgot password?" on the login page.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you used when creating your KasLens account and click Send reset link.

Privacy note: For security reasons, the system responds the same way whether or not the email address exists in our database. This prevents others from checking if a specific email is registered.

Step 3: Check Your Email

You will receive an email from [email protected] with a password reset link.

Important: The email may land in your spam or junk folder. Check there if you do not see it within a few minutes.

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired, simply request a new one.

Step 4: Set a New Password

Click the link in the email. You will be taken to a page where you can enter a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.

After setting your new password, you can log in immediately.


Troubleshooting

I did not receive the reset email

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed
  • If you still do not receive it, contact [email protected]

The reset link says "expired" or "invalid"

Reset links expire after 1 hour and can only be used once. Request a new one from the password recovery page.

I never set a password (signed up with Google)

If you registered using Google sign-in, you may not have a KasLens password. You can still set one by going through the password reset flow — this will create a password for your account so you can use either login method.
