KAS Below Three Cents — Panic or Smart Accumulation?

Hey, welcome to Kaspa Daily Pulse – here’s what the Kaspa community’s been buzzing about today.
First up… it was a ROUGH day on the timeline. The big headline in the chat was KAS slipping under three cents — lots of “we’re cooked” energy, people doom-scrolling, and a whole lot of “why did I buy the dip… and it dipped MORE?” vibes. But interestingly, even with the panic, the dominant coping mechanism was basically: “fine… I’ll just accumulate.” You saw people talking about weekly DCA, some folks openly saying they added 20 KAS here and there, and others going way bigger with “I just bought 50 thousand more” and “if it hits two cents I’m buying 100 thousand more.” So yeah… fear was loud, but the buy-the-pain mentality was louder.
Second highlight: whales got brought up A LOT. Multiple posts were tracking “Wallet 1” and calling out a chunk buy — like 11 million KAS added — and people immediately spun that into “smart money is accumulating while spot sellers are exiting at the bottom.” Whether that’s true or not, it clearly shifted the mood for a bit… like, the second someone said “Wallet 1 bought,” you could feel the chat trying to convince itself the bottom was in.
Third: a very real, practical issue popped up with Kraken. People noticed Kraken transactions were linking out to Kaspa.fyi… but that then redirects to Kaspa.stream, which confused folks. The good part: someone said they passed it along to Kraken and even emailed them, so it sounds like the community is actively pushing for a fix instead of just complaining. Small thing, but it matters for trust and user experience.
Fourth: dev-and-roadmap chatter made a cameo through all the chaos. Folks were talking “covenant” progress, vProgs, proving stack integration, and people waiting on “Silverscript.” And there was also talk about Igra being in “closed mainnet,” with “open mainnet” and TGE mentioned for March, plus alignment with Kaskad. It wasn’t super detailed… but it was one of the few genuinely constructive threads today.
That’s it for today’s pulse. Let’s see what tomorrow brings. Catch you then.
