Permanently remove your account and all personal data.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your KasLens account at any time. This is your right under GDPR Art. 17 (Right to Erasure). Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to your KasLens account at kaspa-lens.com/auth/login
  2. Go to the Account page (click your avatar in the top-right corner, then Account)
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click Delete account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased:

  1. Email verification tokens — any pending verification links
  2. Password reset tokens — any pending reset links
  3. Linked authentication accounts — e.g. Google sign-in connections
  4. OAuth2 authorizations — all active sessions, consent grants, and MCP server connections
  5. Your user account — email address, password hash, display name, avatar URL

What Happens After Deletion

  • You will be immediately logged out
  • All active sessions (web, MCP server) will stop working
  • Any AI assistants connected via the MCP server will lose access
  • No personal data associated with your account remains in our systems
  • You can create a new account with the same email address at any time

Tip: Before deleting your account, you may want to export your data first. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.


Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent. There is no grace period, undo option, or recovery process. Once confirmed, your data is gone.

Anonymous data is not affected. Data that was already anonymized before deletion (e.g. aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you) is not affected by account deletion, as it is no longer personal data.


Questions

Can I delete my account without logging in?

No. For security, account deletion requires you to be logged in. If you cannot log in, reset your password first. If you are still unable to access your account, contact [email protected] to request manual deletion.

Can I reuse my email address after deleting my account?

Yes. After deletion, your email address is released and you can register a new account with it.

Will my MCP server connections stop working?

Yes. All OAuth2 authorizations are deleted, so any AI assistants (ChatGPT, OpenCode, etc.) that were connected to KasLens via your account will immediately lose access.
